Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled
  • 1 cup milk (or almond/soy/oat milk for dairy-free)
  • ½ cup plain or vanilla yogurt (optional for creaminess)
  • 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 4–5 ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Slice the bananas into chunks for easier blending.
  • Add bananas, milk, yogurt, honey, vanilla, and ice cubes to a blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
