- 2 ripe bananas, peeled
- 1 cup milk (or almond/soy/oat milk for dairy-free)
- ½ cup plain or vanilla yogurt (optional for creaminess)
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 4–5 ice cubes
Slice the bananas into chunks for easier blending.
Add bananas, milk, yogurt, honey, vanilla, and ice cubes to a blender.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
