Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (or almond milk / oat milk)
  • ½ cup plain yogurt (Greek yogurt optional for creaminess)
  • 1 apple, grated (keep the peel for extra fiber)
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp nuts (almonds, walnuts, or hazelnuts), chopped
  • 2 tbsp raisins or dried cranberries
  • ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • Fresh fruits for topping (banana, berries, or sliced pear)

Instructions
 

Combine the base:

  • In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, milk, and yogurt until well combined.

Add fruits and flavor:

  • Stir in the grated apple, honey (or maple syrup), nuts, dried fruit, and cinnamon.

Soak overnight:

  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight. This softens the oats and lets flavors blend beautifully.

Serve:

  • In the morning, stir the mixture. Add a splash of milk if it’s too thick.

Top and enjoy:

  • Serve in bowls topped with fresh fruits, extra nuts, and a drizzle of honey if desired.
