- 1 burger bun (toasted)
- 1 egg
- 1 breakfast sausage patty or bacon strips
- 1 slice of cheddar cheese
- 1 hash brown patty (optional)
- 1 tbsp butter or oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: avocado slices, sautéed onions, spinach, hot sauce, ketchup
Cook The Hash Brown (If Using)
Assemble The Burger
Place the bottom half of the toasted bun on a plate.
Layer with the sausage patty or bacon.
Add the hash brown, if using.
Place the slice of cheddar cheese on top so it melts slightly from the heat.
Gently place the fried egg on top.
Add any optional toppings or sauces you like.
Top with the other half of the bun.
