- 1–2 cardamom pods (crushed)
- 1 small cinnamon stick (or ½ tsp ground cinnamon)
- ½ inch fresh ginger (sliced or grated)
- 1–2 black peppercorns (optional, for spice)
- 1–2 tsp sugar, honey, or sweetener (adjust to taste)
Boil The Spices:
