Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk (any type – almond, coconut, soy, or dairy)
  • 1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Fresh fruits, nuts, or granola for topping (optional)

Instructions

Mix Ingredients

  • In a bowl or jar, combine the chia seeds, milk, sweetener, and vanilla extract.

Stir Well

  • Stir thoroughly to prevent the seeds from clumping. Let it sit for 5 minutes and stir again to break up any clumps.

Refrigerate

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. The seeds will absorb the liquid and form a pudding-like texture.

Serve

  • Give it a good stir before serving. Top with fruits, nuts, or granola if desired.
