Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced or sliced
  • 4 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
  • Your choice of dressing (blue cheese, ranch, or vinaigrette)

Instructions
 

Prepare The Ingredients

  • Wash and chop the romaine lettuce. Boil the eggs, peel, and slice them. Cook the bacon until crispy and crumble it. Dice the avocado, chicken, and tomatoes.

Arrange The Base

  • On a large platter or salad bowl, evenly spread the chopped romaine lettuce as the base.

Neatly Arrange Toppings

  • Arrange the toppings (chicken, tomatoes, avocado, bacon, eggs, cheese, onion) in rows or sections on top of the lettuce for a traditional Cobb salad look.

Dress The Salad

  • Drizzle your choice of dressing over the top just before serving, or serve the dressing on the side.

Toss & Serve (Optional)

  • You can toss the salad just before serving or allow guests to take from the neatly arranged ingredients.
