- 1 cup hot brewed coffee (strong or medium roast)
- ½ cup coconut milk (canned or fresh, unsweetened)
- 1–2 tsp coconut sugar or honey (optional, for sweetness)
- 1 tsp coconut oil or coconut cream (optional, for extra richness)
- Ice cubes (if making iced coconut coffee)
Brew coffee Prepare your coffee using your preferred method (espresso, French press, drip, etc.). Warm coconut milk Heat the coconut milk in a small saucepan until warm (don’t boil). Blend for creaminess In a blender, combine the hot coffee, coconut milk, sweetener, and coconut oil/cream. Blend for 20–30 seconds until frothy. Serve Pour into a mug for hot coconut coffee. For iced, let it cool slightly, then pour over ice. Optional garnish Sprinkle cinnamon, cocoa powder, or shredded toasted coconut on top.
