- 1 kg fresh crab (cleaned and cut into pieces)
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley or coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
Cook The Crab
In a large pan or wok, melt butter over medium heat.
Add garlic and onions, sauté until fragrant and slightly golden.
Add Seasoning
Stir in chili flakes, black pepper, and soy sauce.
Add the crab pieces and mix well so they’re coated with the butter mixture.
