  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar or lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Paprika, for garnish
  • Optional add-ins: chopped chives, relish, hot sauce, or crumbled bacon

Instructions

Boil The Eggs:

  • Place eggs in a saucepan and cover them with cold water.
  • Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat.
  • Once boiling, turn off the heat, cover the pot, and let the eggs sit for 10–12 minutes.

Cool And Peel:

  • Drain the hot water and transfer the eggs to an ice bath.
  • Let them cool for about 5–10 minutes, then peel carefully.

Prepare The Filling:

  • Slice each egg in half lengthwise.
  • Gently remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  • Mash the yolks with a fork until smooth.

Mix The Filling:

  • Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar (or lemon juice), salt, and pepper.
  • Stir until creamy and well combined. Adjust seasoning if needed.

Fill The Egg Whites:

  • Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into the egg white halves.

Garnish And Serve:

  • Optionally, add chives, bacon bits, or a dash of hot sauce.
  • Chill before serving for the best taste.
