- 2 large eggs
- 2 slices of bread (white, whole wheat, or your choice)
- 1 tbsp butter or oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise (optional)
- 1 slice of cheese (optional)
- Lettuce, tomato slices, or onions (optional)
Cook The Eggs
Heat a pan over medium heat and add butter or oil.
Crack the eggs into a bowl, beat lightly, and season with salt and pepper.
Pour the eggs into the pan and scramble or cook as an omelette, depending on your preference.
Cook until fully done, about 2–3 minutes.
Assemble The Sandwich
Spread mayonnaise on one or both slices of bread if using.
Place the cooked eggs on one slice.
Add cheese, lettuce, tomato, or onion if desired.
Top with the other slice of bread.
