Ingredients
  

  • 2 fish fillets (salmon, tuna, or your choice)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • Fresh herbs (parsley, dill, or coriander) – optional

Instructions
 

Prepare The Marinade

  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Marinate The Fish

  • Coat the fish fillets evenly with the marinade.
  • Let them rest for 15–30 minutes (in the fridge) to absorb flavors.

Preheat The Grill

  • Heat your grill or grill pan to medium-high.
  • Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.

Grill The Fish

  • Place the fish on the grill.
  • Cook for 3–4 minutes per side (depending on thickness) until golden and flaky.

Serve

  • Garnish with fresh herbs and extra lemon slices.
