Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups mixed fresh fruits (e.g., orange, pineapple, apple, watermelon, mango, berries – your choice)
  • 1–2 tbsp lemon or lime juice (optional, for freshness)
  • 1–2 tbsp honey or sugar (optional, depending on sweetness of fruits)
  • 1 cup cold water OR coconut water (for blending)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Wash & prepare fruits
    Peel, core, and chop the fruits into small pieces.
  • Blend
    Add fruits, lemon juice, honey/sugar (if using), and water/coconut water into a blender.
  • Strain (optional)
    For a smoother juice, strain the mixture using a fine sieve or cheesecloth.
  • Serve
    Pour into a glass, add ice cubes, and garnish with a fruit slice or mint leaves.
  • Enjoy fresh
    Best consumed immediately to preserve nutrients.
