- 2 cups mixed fresh fruits (e.g., orange, pineapple, apple, watermelon, mango, berries – your choice)
- 1–2 tbsp lemon or lime juice (optional, for freshness)
- 1–2 tbsp honey or sugar (optional, depending on sweetness of fruits)
- 1 cup cold water OR coconut water (for blending)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Wash & prepare fruits Peel, core, and chop the fruits into small pieces. Blend Add fruits, lemon juice, honey/sugar (if using), and water/coconut water into a blender.
