Ingredients
  

For The Crust/Base (Optional)

  • 2 cups crushed chocolate cookies (like Oreos)
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

For The Ice Cream Layers

  • 1.5 quarts (about 1.4 liters) vanilla ice cream (softened)
  • 1.5 quarts chocolate ice cream (softened)(You can use any flavors you like.)

For The Filling Or Toppings

  • 1 cup hot fudge sauce (cooled)
  • 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips, sprinkles, or crushed nuts (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare The Pan

  • Line a springform pan or a cake pan with plastic wrap or parchment paper.

Make The Crust (Optional)

  • Mix crushed cookies and melted butter in a bowl.
  • Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  • Freeze for 10–15 minutes to set.

First Ice Cream Layer

  • Spread the softened chocolate ice cream evenly over the crust.
  • Freeze for 30–60 minutes until firm.

Add Fudge Layer

  • Spread a layer of fudge sauce over the frozen ice cream (optional).
  • Add toppings like nuts or chips here if desired.
  • Freeze for 15 minutes.

Second Ice Cream Layer

  • Spread the softened vanilla ice cream over the fudge layer.
  • Smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight until fully set.

Decorate

  • Before serving, remove from the pan.
  • Spread whipped cream over the top and decorate with sprinkles, nuts, or chocolate chips.

Serve

  • Slice with a warm knife for easier cutting.
  • Serve immediately.
