- 1 pack Maggi noodles
- 1 ½ cups water
- Maggi tastemaker (comes with the pack)
- 1 tsp oil or butter (optional)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped (optional)
- 1 small tomato, chopped (optional)
- Vegetables of choice (carrot, peas, capsicum, beans – optional)
- Green chili or chili flakes (optional, for spice)
- Coriander leaves (optional, for garnish)
Heat water In a pan, bring 1 ½ cups of water to a boil. Add noodles Break the noodle cake into two pieces and add it to the boiling water. Mix tastemaker Add the Maggi masala tastemaker and stir well. Cook noodles Let it cook on medium heat for 2–3 minutes. Stir occasionally. Optional flavoring If using oil/butter, sauté onions, tomatoes, and vegetables before adding noodles and tastemaker. Adjust consistency Cook longer for dry Maggi or add a little more water for soupy Maggi. Serve hot Garnish with coriander leaves or chili flakes if desired.
