Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups full-fat milk
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • ½ cup fresh cream
  • 1 cup ripe mango puree (Alphonso or any sweet mango)
  • ¼ cup sugar (optional, adjust to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1–2 tablespoons chopped pistachios or almonds (optional)

Instructions
 

Boil The Milk

  • In a heavy-bottomed pan, bring the milk to a boil.
  • Simmer for 10–12 minutes, stirring often, until slightly reduced.

Add Condensed Milk & Cream

  • Mix in the condensed milk and cream.
  • Continue cooking for 5–7 minutes until the mixture thickens.

Sweeten (Optional)

  • Add sugar only if needed (depends on the sweetness of your mangoes).
  • Cook for another 2 minutes.

Cool The Mixture

  • Turn off the heat and let the base cool completely to room temperature.

Add Mango Puree

  • Once cooled, mix in the mango puree and cardamom powder.
  • Stir until smooth and combined.
  • Add chopped nuts if using.

Pour Into Moulds

  • Fill kulfi molds, small cups, or popsicle molds.
  • Cover with foil and insert sticks if needed.

Freeze

  • Freeze for 6–8 hours or overnight until fully set.

Serve

  • To unmold, dip the mold briefly in warm water.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy your creamy mango kulfi!
