- 2 cups full-fat milk
- 1 cup condensed milk
- ½ cup fresh cream
- 1 cup ripe mango puree (Alphonso or any sweet mango)
- ¼ cup sugar (optional, adjust to taste)
- ¼ teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1–2 tablespoons chopped pistachios or almonds (optional)
Boil The Milk
In a heavy-bottomed pan, bring the milk to a boil.
Simmer for 10–12 minutes, stirring often, until slightly reduced.
Add Condensed Milk & Cream
Add Mango Puree
Once cooled, mix in the mango puree and cardamom powder.
Stir until smooth and combined.
Add chopped nuts if using.
Pour Into Moulds
Fill kulfi molds, small cups, or popsicle molds.
Cover with foil and insert sticks if needed.
