- 200 g tortilla chips (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or a mix of cheddar & mozzarella)
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1 fresh jalapeño or green chili, sliced
- ½ cup black beans (cooked/canned, optional)
- ½ cup corn kernels (optional)
- 2 tbsp olives, sliced (optional)
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander (cilantro), chopped
- Sour cream or Greek yogurt (for topping)
- Salsa or pico de gallo (for topping)
- Guacamole (optional)
Preheat ovento 180°C (350°F). Layer chips:Spread tortilla chips evenly on a baking tray or oven-safe dish. Add toppings:Sprinkle onions, tomatoes, beans, corn, jalapeños, and olives over the chips. Cheese it up:Generously top with shredded cheese. Bakefor 8–10 minutes, until the cheese melts and turns bubbly. Garnishwith fresh coriander. Serve hotwith sour cream, salsa, and guacamole on the side.
