Ingredients
  

  • For the Dough (optional if using store-bought dough):
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup warm water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

For The Filling:

  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup pepperoni slices (or any preferred topping: vegetables, chicken, ham)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil

To Finish:

  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)

Instructions
 

Step 1: Make The Dough (Skip If Using Pre-Made Dough)

  • In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  • Add warm water and olive oil.
  • Knead for 5–8 minutes until the dough is smooth.
  • Cover and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Step 2: Prepare The Rolls

  • Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • Roll the dough into a rectangle, about ¼ inch thick.
  • Spread pizza sauce evenly across the dough.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  • Add pepperoni or your chosen toppings.
  • Sprinkle oregano and basil for flavor.
  • Roll the dough tightly, like a Swiss roll.
  • Slice into 1-inch pieces.

Step 3: Bake

  • Place rolls on a greased baking sheet.
  • Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic powder.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.

  • Marinara sauce
  • Garlic dipping sauce
  • Ranch dressing
