- For the Dough (optional if using store-bought dough):
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ cup warm water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
For The Filling:
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup pepperoni slices (or any preferred topping: vegetables, chicken, ham)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
To Finish:
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
Step 1: Make The Dough (Skip If Using Pre-Made Dough)
In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
Add warm water and olive oil.
Knead for 5–8 minutes until the dough is smooth.
Cover and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Step 2: Prepare The Rolls
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Roll the dough into a rectangle, about ¼ inch thick.
Spread pizza sauce evenly across the dough.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
Add pepperoni or your chosen toppings.
Sprinkle oregano and basil for flavor.
Roll the dough tightly, like a Swiss roll.
Slice into 1-inch pieces.
Step 3: Bake
Place rolls on a greased baking sheet.
Brush with melted butter mixed with garlic powder.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
