For 4 People:
- 600–800 g raclette cheese (sliced)
- 1 kg small potatoes (boiled with skin)
- 1 cup pickled gherkins
- 1 cup pickled pearl onions
- 1–2 cups cured meats (optional): salami, ham, prosciutto, speck
Vegetables (Optional):
- Mushrooms (sliced)
- Bell peppers (sliced)
- Cherry tomatoes
- Zucchini slices
- Onions
Seasonings:
- Salt & pepper
- Dried herbs (thyme or oregano)
- Paprika or chili flakes (optional)
Prep The Vegetables:
Slice mushrooms, onions, peppers, or any vegetables you like.
Keep them raw or lightly sauté them for added flavor.
Arrange everything on a platter.
Set Up The Raclette Grill:
Preheat the raclette machine.
Place vegetables, meats, or pre-cooked items on top grill surface to warm or lightly char.
Assemble Your Plate:
Place potatoes on a plate.
Pour the melted cheese over potatoes, vegetables, or meats.
Add gherkins and pickled onions on the side.
Season with salt, pepper, herbs, or paprika.
