Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (cold, cut into cubes)
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2–3 tbsp cold water
  • ½ cup raspberry jam
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar (for dusting)
  • (Optional) Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for serving

Instructions
 

Prepare The Tart Crust

  • In a bowl, combine flour, butter, and sugar.
  • Rub with fingers (or use a food processor) until mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
  • Add egg yolk and water, mix until dough forms.
  • Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes.

Bake The Crust

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Roll dough and press into a tart pan. Prick the base with a fork.
  • Line with parchment paper and add pie weights or beans.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, remove weights, then bake another 10 minutes until golden. Let cool.

Fill The Tart

  • Spread raspberry jam evenly over the cooled crust.
  • Arrange fresh raspberries neatly on top.

Finish & Serve

  • Dust with powdered sugar.
  • Serve as is, or with whipped cream/vanilla ice cream.
