- 2 medium potatoes, boiled & diced
- 1 large carrot, boiled & diced
- 1 cup green peas, boiled
- 1 cup apple, peeled & diced (optional but traditional)
- ½ cup cucumber or pickles, diced
- ½ cup boiled eggs, chopped (optional)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
- Salt — to taste
- Black pepper — to taste
Boil The Vegetables:
Boil potatoes, carrots, and peas until soft but not mushy.
Let them cool completely.
Cut And Prepare:
Dice the boiled potatoes and carrots into small cubes.
Dice the apple and cucumber/pickles.
Chop the boiled eggs (if using).
Mix The Salad:
Place all the prepared ingredients in a large bowl.
Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
