Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups (480 ml) heavy cream
  • 1 cup (240 ml) whole milk
  • ¾ cup (150 g) granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Combine Ingredients

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, sugar, and salt until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Add Cream And Vanilla

  • Stir in the heavy cream and vanilla extract.

Chill The Mixture

  • Cover and refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to chill thoroughly.

Churn The Ice Cream

  • Pour the chilled mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions (usually about 20–25 minutes).

Freeze To Firm Up

  • Transfer the churned ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 2–4 hours for a firmer texture.

Serve And Enjoy
